Brooks Brothers and eYe Junya Watanabe MAN Reunite for Contemporary Suiting
Featuring deconstructed blazers and Bhutanese print shirts.
Following a set of military-inspired blazers released last summer, eYe COMME des GARÇONS JUNYA WATANABE MAN and America’s oldest apparel brand in continuous operation, Brooks Brothers, reunite for a Spring/Summer 2022 capsule.
The upcoming offerings are highlighted by Brooks Brothers’ signature Madison Fit Three-Button Sack Blazer which has been deconstructed to include distressed edges along the lapel and hems, floral prints on the inner breast pocket, and subtle paneling accents throughout. The second item in focus features Brooks Brothers’ light blue Oxford button-down shirt which has been customized with an eYe logo embroidered on the left chest and bright orange cuffs displaying ornamental Bhutanese graphics taken from Junya Watanbe’s SS22 collection.
The full collaboration from Brooks Brothers x eYe Junya Watanabe Man will be available from March 23 at select eYe Junya Watanabe MAN retailers and Brooks Brothers Omoteseando and Osaka beginning March 23. Jackets and shirts are priced at ¥198,000 JPY and ¥38,500 JPY ($1660 USD and $323 USD) respectively.
