Dime x Reebok Workout Plus Arrives in Two Classic Colorways
Just in time for the holiday season.
Montréal-based skatewear brand Dime unveiled their latest Reebok Workout Plus collaboration, arriving in two classic black and white colorways. The two brands had previously come together to release the Kamikaze II Low and the BB4000 in Spring 2021.
The pair reunites to bring the iconic Workout Plus back to the mainstream market, this time injected with Dime’s signature simple yet sharp design. The shoe arrives in two colorways, the classic black and white, combining a clean and minimalistic upper in the respective colors. The white pair boasts an all-white premium leather construction, giving that added luxe touch. A semi-translucent outsole featuring the Reebok branding on the lateral outsole and Dime branding on the heel, tongue tag, and insole round out the design for the white pair. The black pair, on the other hand, comes dressed in an all-black premium garment suede material. In contrast to the white pair, the outsole has a solid black color. The Dime branding on the lateral upper is highlighted in white.
The collaboration continues to cement Dime’s stamp in the skate world, expanding its influence in footwear with the help of Reebok. Mark Regimbal, Vice President of Sales, Marketing, & Brand Partnerships at Dime, commented on the silhouette,
“The Reebok Workout Plus is one of those versatile that is muti generational and interchangeable with the times. It fits well with every age and background making this a style with no expiration date.”
We wanted to tie this project to past Dime x Reebok releases with the continued use of the Dime “Restoration” woven tongue label graphic. We also added a lace charm with the Dime Classic logo that allows the wearer to leave the charm off or keep it on if they want to spice up their look.”
The Reebok x Dime Workout Plus will be available in unisex sizing for $155 USD at the Montréal Dime Store and online starting on December 17, and also at Reebok and select retailers worldwide starting on January 6, 2023.
