Lil Yachty recently released the music video for his Candyland-inspired track “Love Music,” which treks through a colorful world of sweet treats.

In the video, the Atlanta rapper serenades a woman he’s in love with. The video moves from a field of giant sunflowers to a room with pink cotton candy before the two soar through the skies on an ice cream sundae. Some fans have said that the song is reminiscent of Lil Yachty’s earlier sounding music. It seems as though the rapper is testing a more melodic sound, with new music possibly in the works.

Lil Yachty also recently released another mixtape this past April titled Michigan Boy Boat, which celebrates the Michigan rap scene. The 14-track project features a host of artists including Tee Grizzley, Swae Lee, Baby Smoove, Veeze, Louie Ray, RMC Mike and more.

Both “Love Music” and Michigan Boy Boat are currently available on all streaming platforms.

In related news, Migos announced a ‘Culture III’ Las Vegas lineup with Lil Yachty, Gunna and more.
