Bob Odenkirk collapsed on set of Better Call Saul and was rushed to the hospital in New Mexico on Tuesday, TMZ reported and CNN later confirmed.

The 58-year-old actor was in the middle of filming the AMC series’ sixth and final season in Albuquerque when the fall occurred. According to TMZ’s sources, “Odenkirk went down, and was immediately surrounded by crew members who called an ambulance.”

Odenkirk’s current condition and the cause of his collapse are currently unknown.

Michael McKean, who portrays Odenkirk’s brother, Chuck, on the show, was one of several public figures who sent well wishes to the actor via social media. “Sending huge love to our @mrbobodenkirk. You got this, brother,” he wrote on Twitter.

Better Call Saul is the prequel to the highly-acclaimed crime series, Breaking Bad, in which Odenkirk first debuted as Saul Goodman, a greedy criminal defense attorney for the show’s drug-lord protagonist, Walter White, played by Bryan Cranston. Prior to his roles on Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad, Odenkirk co-created and co-headlined in HBO’s sketch comedy series Mr. Show with Bob and David with David Cross.

Odenkirk has won two Emmy awards and garnered 16 total nominations, nine of which were for his work on Better Call Saul.

Elsewhere, PBS is cancelling ‘Arthur’ after 25 years.
