Nintendo Adds 'Tekken' Favorite Kazuya Mishima As New Fighter in ‘Super Smash Bros.’
Carrier of the Devil Gene and the first King of the Iron Fist.
Nintendo announced during its E3 showcase on Tuesday that Kazuya Mishima from the Tekken franchise will soon be added in as a new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate fighter.
In the trailer, the character can be seen launching an opponent into a volcano — a nod to his lore and his signature move in Tekken. The trailer ends with him attempting to throw Kirby into a volcano, though Kirby manages to escape by floating away unseen.
Tekken also tweeted about the upcoming crossover, saying that the character was “looking for someone stronger than himself and has already gone to greet the competition.”
