The Air Jordan 4 G "ACG" Is Ready For the Fairway, but It Can Handle the Rough Too
No matter if you’re hitting ‘em straight or trekking through the tall grass, you can do it in style with this ACG-inspired golf shoe.
Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 4 G has appeared in a new colorway inspired by Nike‘s outdoor-geared ACG sub-label. Following closely in the footsteps of a dapper Air Jordan 4 G “Sail/Apricot Agate,” the “ACG” is both colorful and durable — a shoe designed for the fairway that’s more than capable of handling some time in the rough as well.
Uppers are made of a weather-resistant, aqua-colored ripstop material. This is quickly contrasted by rich purple tones on the throat and midfoot’s mesh netting, plus vivid orange and black hits spread around the tongue badge, heel tab, bottom eyestays, laces and signature midfoot wings. Down below, midsoles mix black rubber and white EVA foam with an aqua-colored heel Air unit and orange contrast stitching on the toe bumper. To complete the shoe’s golf-ification, the icy outsole features traditional rounded black spikes.
Currently, there’s no official release details or pricing information for the Air Jordan 4 G “ACG.” However, with the PGA Championship right around the corner it may release in the coming weeks.
Elsewhere in the world of Air Jordan, Paris Saint-Germain has debuted its 2021/22 home kit — and it’s the first time the club has ever featured a Jumpman logo on its home jerseys.
