adidas Announces Official Release Date for the YEEZY QNTM "Flash Orange"
The Kanye West-designed, hoops-inspired model takes on rich orange tones.

adidas has announced the official release date for Kanye West‘s YEEZY QNTM in “Flash Orange.” The basketball-centric silhouette was first teased earlier in the year and was originally referred to as the “Flaora” by some leaker accounts, a name which we now know unfurls to “Flash Orange.” It also marks the YEEZY line’s first QNTM release since March’s “Sea Teal” colorway.
Though the “Flash Orange” is set to release with sweltering summer heat right around the corner, its color scheme is decidedly autumnal. Wavy overlays mix a vivid orange hue with elegant black and tan tones, and sit atop a semi-translucent base layer that shows the shoe’s inner workings. YEEZY BOOST 700 V2-style toe caps are done up in tan suede, with throats, tongues and collars constructed of a black neoprene-like material.
Black laces tie the top half together both literally and figuratively, while a sizeable black and gray heel clip supplies extra stability before diving down into the midsole. The rest of the midsole is done up in a milky white shade and houses a full-length white BOOST footbed for signature comfort.
The adidas YEEZY QNTM “Flash Orange” is set to release via the adidas webstore and YEEZY Supply come May 22. Its MSRP is set at $250 USD.
