Shanghai's Life-Size Freedom Gundam Statue is now Complete

After being announced last year, Shanghai’s life-size ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam statue is now complete.
Standing 59.15 feet tall, the recreation of Kira Yamato’s mech from Mobile Suit Gundam Seed stand directly outside the new Mitsui Shopping Park Lalaport Jinqiao. The massive Freedom Gundam accompanies THE GUNDAM BASE SHANGHAI which is opening in the shopping mall. The store features exclusive model kits and merch tied to the Freedom Gundam and other Mobile Suit series.
A special ceremony for the ZGMF-X10A Freedom Gundam statue will be held May 28 which will debut the mech’s daily light and sound shows.
