Ferrari just made its fastest road car ever produced even faster.

Introducing a new limited edition of the incredibly speedy 812 Superfast, the Prancing Horse has upped the ante even more with a boost to its massive 6.5-liter V12 engine, increasing its original 789 horsepower to now 818 horsepower. With this amount of output, the car can rev up to a whopping 9,500 rpm, a whole 600 more than the standard edition.

Of course, power isn’t the only upgrade the limited edition received. Improved handling comes in the form of all-wheel steering, which provides both greater agility and responsiveness. The car also carries the automaker’s very own Side Slip Control (7.0) technology, paired with decreased weight thanks to extra carbon fiber components used on the exterior and interior.

Other details remain scarce at this point, but Ferrari will be doing a full review on May 5, so fans of the Italian brand should definitely stay tuned for more updates to come.

Elsewhere in the automotive world, Triumph has updated its 900cc Street Scrambler for 2022.
