Jordan Brand‘s Air Jordan 12 has been revealed in a new “Twist” makeup. The first high-top take on Michael Jordan‘s 12th signature sneaker to appear since the Air Jordan 12 “Varsity Red” dropped last December, the “Twist” offers a white and red color scheme somewhat reminiscent of the Chicago Bulls‘ home colors.

The “Twist” is mostly made of two different types of leather: tumbled (which covers the majority of the upper) and pebbled (which is relegated to the signature mudguard). Its most notable pops of flair are provided by metallic red detailing on the midfoot’s “Jumpman” logo plate and the top two eyelets. Black is also thrown into the mix, as it’s used on the throat’s “TWO 3” text, the tongue’s embroidered Jumpman logo and the heel’s tab, which combines black and red. Down below, white midsoles and outsole mix in more dashes of black and red to finalize the look.

Early reports have the Air Jordan 12 “Twist” set for a July 31 release, but this has yet to be confirmed by Nike. The MSRP will likely be set at a standard $190 USD for men’s sizes.

Elsewhere in the world of footwear, Nike and MSCHF have quickly settled their Air Max 97 “Satan Shoes” lawsuit.
