Starbucks Prepares 50th-Anniversary Coffee Blend
Accompanied by limited-edition merch.
To celebrate its 50th-anniversary, Starbucks is set to release its latest limited-edition coffee blend. Marking five decades of business, the upcoming release follows the fan-favorite 25th-anniversary blend that released in 1996.
The beverage chain started in Seattle all the way back in 1971 describes the commemorative mix as a “bold blend sourced exclusively from Indonesia that displays tasting notes of smoked cedary spice, black truffle, and fresh tarragon.” The blend comes in special packaging that utilizes Starbuck’s signature green and a contemporary illustration of The Siren found on each cup from the global coffeehouse. For those that don’t want to pick up a full bag of beans, Starbucks’ locations will also be serving the dark roast brew from March 8-14.
The 50th-Anniversary Coffee Blend will be available alongside limited-edition merch at Starbucks worldwide in the coming weeks.
