HUF SS21 Is a Nostalgic Collection Celebrating Early 2000s Skate Culture
The first delivery is dropping February 11.
This Spring/Summer 2021, HUF is bringing skate fans back to the internet-nostalgia and lofi-digi vibes of the early 2000s. The collection is a nostalgic trip down memory lane, celebrating the early-2000s skate culture apparel and accessories.
The collection takes full inspiration from the original-internet days. The brand applies computer-generated art, inverted graphics, and a variety of digital fonts across the new line of classic HUF aesthetics.
SS21 brings forward baggy silhouettes and graphics-heavy and color-blocking patterns that are incorporated into technical trims. Throughout the collection, a seasonal “Dazy” print is digitized and inverted. The floral motif spans across the whole range, while other computer-generated 3D art is applied to pieces like the Prestige and Her button-ups.
The SS21 collection is where ready-to-wear fabrics feature 2000s graphics hysteria and are seamlessly intertwined with the heritage HUF logos, with its apparel also focusing on highlighting the care-free era of the 2000s. A spring/summer exclusive print that reads the phrase, “F*ck It”, is translated into various different languages and featured throughout the HUF hats and shorts where it can only be seen once water activated. Additionally, the graphics change colors when activated by UV light.

The first drop of the HUF SS21 collection drops this February 11 at the brand’s flagship and online at HUF Worldwide. The second drop arrives March 11.
