Check Out Robert Downey Jr.'s New SpeedKore 1974 BMW 30 CS Restomod
Marking the third commissioned custom from Tony Stark.
Known for its list of high-profile clients, including Chris Evans with his 1967 “Captain America” Chevrolet Camaro (gifted by Robert Downey Jr.), SpeedKore is back again with Robert Downey Jr. for a stunning 1974 BMW 3.0 CS restomod.
While this is not the first time SpeedKore has teamed up with the Iron Man actor, this new project takes a turn away from American muscle, this time landing on a 1974 BMW 30 CS. The E9 build features HRE C109 three-piece wheels, a carbon fiber aero kit, a front air dam, a Nardi steering wheel, a full custom interior, and wood molding. As for power, the carbureted M30 3.0-liter inline-six has been swapped for a modern S38 inline-six engine from an E34 M5. Matched with a four-speed automatic gearbox, the car puts down a modest 311 horsepower.
