A-COLD-WALL*'s Samuel Ross Reveals New Nike ISPA Road Warrior Colorway
The $500 USD, straight-out-of ‘Mad Max’ silhouette is back once again.

A-COLD-WALL* founder Samuel Ross has taken to his Instagram and Twitter to reveal a new colorway of Nike ISPA‘s Road Warrior. A highly conceptual silhouette from the avant-garde Nike sub-label that looks as if it was pulled straight out of Mad Max, the Road Warrior takes inspiration from basketball, running, training and more — and even features a Tabi toe. It’s so unique, in fact, that it was even praised by adidas company man Kanye West.
The pair revealed by Ross swaps out the neutral palette of the Road Warrior’s launch colorway in favor of a bold blend of tones. Sock-like uppers are dressed in an industrial mix of dark blues and purples, with the heel cage, ski boot-like fit system and split toe take on a simple black. On the lower half, stripped-back midsoles are done up in a volt green colorway and stuff multiple grey, green and blue Zoom Air units in their Nike Shox-inspired Pebax plates. Black outsoles round off the look.
Currently, no release timetable or information on if this Road Warrior is an ACW collaboration has been made available. However, it’ll likely hit shelves later this fall, and if the past pair is any indication the retail price will be set at a handsome $500 USD.
