A follow-up to last year’s critically-acclaimed Billboard-charting ‘We Love You Tecca’ mixtape.
Lil Tecca‘s rise to stardom last year culminated in the release of his debut mixtape We Love You Tecca and its subsequent No. 4 debut on the Billboard 200. Now the Queens, New York City rapper returns with his follow-up and debut studio album Virgo World released through Galactic Records/Republic Records.
Lil Tecca has been steadily dropping singles throughout the summer ahead of the 19-track 45-minute offering’s release. He debuted his “Royal Rumble” music video in late August following “Out of Love” in July. On Virgo World, Tecca expands his universe through a number of features ranging from Polo G and Lil Durk on “When You Down” to guests appearances by Skrillex and Internet Money. “Dolly” with Lil Uzi Vert went through a number of leaks throughout the past year but ultimately the version that made the album ended up sounding entirely different when compared to the original previews.
Tecca also announced an upcoming project titled Do They Really Love You alongside frequent collaborators Internet Money back in April, but the project has since been pushed back indefinitely.
