Awake NY Presents Summer 2020 "Re-Up" Tee Collection
Two new graphics, plus restocks of the Nelson Mandela, President, and Vapors tees.
After releasing its full SS20 collection in May, Angelo Baque‘s Awake NY is back with a Summer 2020 “Re-Up” Tee capsule. Made up of five tees in total — three restocks of popular SS20 styles and two new designs — the bite-sized assemblage provides bright, colorful and impactful styles for the remainder of summer’s warm days.

Restocks include the Nelson Mandela portrait tee in black, white, purple and green, the Vapors tee in white, teal and black and the President tee in black, salmon and white. Meanwhile, new graphics consist of a simple-yet-effective style that uses Spanish-language hits on the front and back to salute a New York summer and is available in teal, purple, white, light blue and black, plus a hookah-equipped tee with flowing font in purple, black and light blue.
A charitable aspect is at play as well, with a portion of all proceeds donated to Building Black Bed-Stuy, an organization that aims to serve Black communities in Bed-Stuy and beyond by providing financial relief for Black-owned businesses. Awake NY has already donated $10,000 USD to Building Black Bed-Stuy with its Black Lives Matter tee drop, and aims to help BBBS hit $75,000 USD in total fundraising with this drop.
The Awake NY Summer 2020 “Re-Up” tee collection will release via the Awake NY webstore on August 19 at 11 A.M. EST. Each style is priced at $48 USD.
