New Balance's 1500 and 920 Receive Crisp "Geometric" Makeover
The classic sneakers get a contemporary refresh.

New Balance has given its 1500 and 920 a sleek “geometric” makeover, a follow-up to the label’s recently unveiled “Berry Lime” pack.
The 1500 comes with muted gray and black shades decorated with a sporadic arrangement of thin lines over the uppers. “New Balance” and “Made In England” branding appears along the tongue, complemented by tonal laces that cover the forefoot. Premium suede panels show up along the sides, rear quarter and mudguards, while the label’s signature “N” logo is embroidered at the sidewalls. The 920 boasts light gray cream-colored uppers alongside delicate black nubuck accents. Breathable mesh fabrics are placed at the tongue, body and toebox, with New Balance’s double-stacked “N” logo marking the sides. Both silhouettes sport an articulated ENCAP midsole for optimal cushioning and support.
New Balance’s 1500 and 920 “Geometric” are currently available on 43einhalb’s website for $205 and $226 USD, respectively.
