Medicom Toy Taps KRINK and Pushead for Artful BE@RBRICKS
Expressive and abstract renderings.

Medicom Toy has called in KRINK and Pushead for stylishly artful renditions of its signature BE@RBRICK figure. This release follows the Japanese toymaker’s Michael Jackson-inspired werewolf model from last month.
The KRINK BE@RBRICK comes in a sleek matte-silver color, accented with dripping black paint. Most of the piece has been kept minimal, with the top half sporting the aforementioned metallic tone — no face or any other details, just an emphasis on the figure’s shape. The lower half of the BE@RBRICK’s body is decorated in black with long bold streaks starting just above the waist, gradually building up at the feet. As a final note, “KRINK NEW YORK CITY” branding is emblazoned at the back.
Conversely, the Pushead BE@RBRICK sees a more elaborate design, sporadically coated with a flurry of bright accents and hi-contrast hues. The abstract artwork embodies tones of blue, brown, black and white, covering the silhouette in a medley of splashing paint splatters. A solid brown nose rounds up the details of the expressive figure.
Medicom Toy’s KRINK and Pushead BE@RBRICKS are currently available on CJ Mart’s website for $492 and $164 USD, respectively.
