Nike has released a brand new silhouette from its seasonal footwear lineup. Reworking its signature Zoom technology, the Zoom Double Stacked is Nike’s latest marvel of engineering, imagined in a vivid “Barely Volt” colorway.

Dominated by a bright lime-colored tint, the new sneakers come with a dynamic mix of materials for textural contrast. The top of the shoes features durable ripstop pull tabs at both ends of the collar, complemented by tonal laces that rest over an ultra-thin tongue. Smooth full-grain leather appears at the rear quarter, offset by intricately woven mesh uppers along the forefoot. An angular outline of Nike’s Swoosh logo covers much of the lateral side of the silhouette, stretching from the toecap all the way to the midsection — an embroidered mini-Swoosh appears at the rear quarter. All of these details sit atop a light double-stacked Zoom midsole displaying exposed semi-translucent layers of cushioning at the heel and forefoot, offering a bold look that feels both refined and stripped-back.

Nike’s Zoom Double Stacked “Barely Volt” will debut on July 2 on Nike’s website for $230 USD.
