Kanye West and Kid Cudi Tease 'KIDS SEE GHOSTS' Animated Show
Directed by Takashi Murakami.
Kanye West and Kid Cudi just released a teaser trailer for their new animated show, KIDS SEE GHOSTS.
Directed by Takashi Murakami, the series will see West voicing the “Kanye Bear” character and Kid Cudi as “Kid Fox” — the two main protagonists of the series that is named after the 2018 album produced by the pair with the album’s cover artwork also designed by Murakami. “Kanye Bear,” in particular, has been a longstanding mascot for Ye, having appeared on the cover of one of his albums in Graduation and also making appearances throughout the rapper’s prolific career. According to the credits, sound design was handled by William J. Sullivan and Cudi.
Kid Cudi shared the first trailer on his official Twitter account, giving fans a first look at the striking animated series that has yet to be announced to premiere on any streaming service or television channel. Apart from the stunning visuals, not much else is known about the animated show at this time, but Cudi did mention in his tweet that it’s “coming soon.”
