'90s Cult-Classic 'Dinosaurs' Is Reportedly Coming to Disney+
“Honey, I’m home!”
’90s ABC cult-classic television show Dinosaurs is reportedly coming back this fall. On a taping of Don’t, Ryan Reynolds let it slip that the Sinclairs would be making their way back to TV screens via Disney Plus.
Dinosaurs followed a blue-collar anthropomorphic dinosaur family dealing with modern-day family issues. Although Dinosaurs only ran four seasons (65 episodes), the show was revered for its progressive production and use of puppets — the concept was pushed forward by none other than the late Jim Henson (The Muppets).
The Dino-sitcom remains as one of the best pieces of ’90s television to date. While the show is nearing on its 30th anniversary, many young first-time viewers should find the subject matter still relevant in today’s age. Combined with the the excellent voice acting and lo-fi effects, this is one piece of nostalgic gold not to be missed.
