NOAH and Vuarnet Reunite for Eyewear and Apparel Collaboration
Releasing the District and Atlantic frames.
NOAH has once again teamed up with Vuarnet for a new collaborative collection that includes eyewear, apparel and accessories. The clothing element of the collection features striped rugby shirts, graphic T-shirts and patchwork shorts, while a range of corduroy caps in different colors sport Vuarnet’s logo on the front.
The stand-out items in the collection are the two sunglasses frame, the District and the Atlantic. The District frame is based on an archival Vuarnet shape and comes constructed from acetate with reinforced hinges and Italian mineral lenses. The District is set to release in three exclusive colorways.
The rounder of the two shapes — the Atlantic — has been developed exclusively for NOAH by Vuarnet and is designed as a mix between sport and lifestyle shapes. This frame is available in either black or toirtoise shell colors.
Speaking about the collaboration, NOAH founder Brendon Babenzien explained his affiliation with Vuarnet, “We’ve been asked why, with all of the options for sunglasses in the world, we would choose Vuarnet. It’s simple really. Vuarnet has always been the perfect union of high quality lenses and construction without sacrificing style. They recognize that you don’t have to forego good looking eyewear to make a functioning product. We appreciate the simplicity of that approach.”
the latest NOAH x Vuaret collaboration will be available from NOAH’s web store on June 18. Other locations include NOAH’s Tokyo Clubhouse, Vuarnet’s Paris flagship and the French label’s web store.
