Riot Fest 2021 Unveils Preliminary Lineup: My Chemical Romance, Lupe Fiasco, Run The Jewels and More
Taking to Chicago’s Douglas Park from September 17 to 19.
Though Riot Fest is skipping this year due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the Chicago musical event is already planning its return for next year. Taking place at the city’s Douglas Park from September 17 to 19, the preliminary lineup for 2021 includes the My Chemical Romance reunion (which was originally scheduled for this year’s edition), as well as The Smashing Pumpkins, Lupe Fiasco (who will perform his 2007 album The Cool), Run The Jewels, Pixies, Vic Mensa, Big Freedia, Alex G, KennyHoopla, and more. Riot Fest is currently offering refunds to those who already purchased tickets for the 2020 festival. 2020 ticket holders and 2021 ticket purchasers however will get admission to an exclusive Thursday Preview Party for early ticketholders featuring an undisclosed lineup.
