Port Tanger Releases Latest Sunglasses Collection at Browns
Inspired by the city of Tangiers.

Port Tanger has partnered with Browns to release a new collection of sunglasses inspired by the city of Tangiers. The eyewear label is heavily influenced by the Moroccan city, celebrating its vibrancy and culture through the range of frames.
The 10-piece collection available at Browns features a number of styles that directly reference the brand’s influences. For example the Tangerine frame draws its name from the jazz standard and fruit, both of which take their name from the city of Tangiers. Meanwhile another style — the Mektoub — features a name taken takes from the Arabic for “its written,” and is designed to encourage the wearer to accept destiny.
All Port Tanger frames feature six arrow points. The three symbols on the left are inspired by the past through “the pillars of nostalgia, tradition and craftmanship” while the three on the right are about celebrating the present through “hope, design and culture.”
All 10 Port Tanger styles are available now from the Browns web store — the UK-exclusive stockist — with each frame priced between £250 GBP and £265 GBP (approximately $310 USD to $330 USD).
