adidas Nite Jogger Is Added to "Pride Pack"
Celebrating Pride Month with a vibrant color scheme and special details.
adidas Originals has added the Nite Jogger to its ever-expanding “Pride Pack.” Using each and every color from Gilbert Baker‘s ubiquitous flag, this Nite Jogger is a light-hearted yet thoughtful homage to LGBTQ+ pride, and also adds a bevy of special details to drive home its inspiration even further.
Things start simply, with a classic adidas mix of a white base, black Three Stripe graphic and black heel piece that’s been popular since the Superstar. However, they’re quickly ramped all the way up on the overlays. Heel clips are yellow, mudguards orange and toe caps red. Eyestays are split between purple and blue, while a green piece arrives around the collar. Even the printed Three Stripes themselves get in on the fun: if you look closely, you’ll notice that each is rimmed with red, orange or yellow thread.
Special multi-color Trefoil hits arrive on both the tongue tag and heel tab. The inside of each foam tongue features “Love” and “Unites” spellout graphics, a motif replicated once again on the laces — directly below multi-color lace tips. Full-length white BOOST footbeds and white outsoles round off the look.
The adidas Nite Jogger “Pride Pack” will release on the adidas webstore June 5, and retails at $130 USD.
