Lucky Daye Taps Chronixx for Another "Roll Some Mo" Remix
Celebrating the one-year anniversary of his GRAMMY-nominated ‘Painted’ project.
New Orleans- born and raised R&B artist Lucky Daye had an incredible 2019. Not only did he drop the critically acclaimed Painted, he was nominated for four GRAMMY Awards including Best R&B Album and Best R&B Song for “Roll Some Mo”. Now, after tapping Wale and Ty Dolla $ign for an official remix, he returns with another, this time with Chronixx and MediSun.
“Before I drop my next project(s), I want to celebrate the success of my debut LP Painted. We drop “Roll Some Mo” one last time with my bros Chronixx and MediSun,” he stated in a recent Instagram caption while hinting at some much-needed upcoming music. The latest release celebrates the one-year anniversary of his project. This time, Lucky takes a markedly different approach, singing over a dancehall-infused instrumental that elevates the offering thanks to a standout guest spot from Chronixx.
