Japanese fashion imprint Sheba is one of the country’s must-know young labels, having begun picking up steam consistently since its Fall/Winter 2019 debut. For its third season, once again dubbed “ordinary pleasure,” the emerging imprint delivers a bevy of progressive twists to conventional silhouettes, affected the brand’s fabric-focused design ethos.

Slightly shifting gears from Spring/Summer 2020’s sporty inclinations, Sheba introduces a mix of patterned tailoring and militaria-indebts designs for Fall/Winter 2020. Quilted liner jackets are exploded into massive coats or realized as fleece-lined layered jackets while double-breasted pinstripe blazers are paired with trim slacks for a sophisticated look. Workwear inclinations yield unwashed denim jackets and matching jeans, utilitarian vests and hooded corduroy overshirts, while Sheba’s signature ribbed knitwear returns as a zippered jacket, oversized shirt and baggy pants.

Visit Sheba’s web store for more information and expect the new collection to arrive by summer at Japanese stockists like ATTIC Sendai, Craque Kumamoto and sign.

Elsewhere, in Japan, STUDIO SEVEN introduced its own grungy FW20 looks.
