STUDIO SEVEN FW20 Delivers Contemporary Grunge Styling
Including collaborations with Maison Mihara Yasuhiro and Outdoor Products.

Spearheaded by NAOTO, a member of immensely popular Japanese pop group J SOUL BROTHERS from EXILE TRIBE, STUDIO SEVEN has devised another selection of accessible menswear items and accessories. Along with Maison Mihara Yasuhiro sneakers and Outdoor Products bags, the new range delivers various grunge-inspired goods, including eyewear indebted to Kurt Cobain’s Christian Roth frames.
Fleece plays a big part in the new collection, with paneled jackets and buttoned coats informed by the soft textile, occasionally emblazoned with STUDIO SEVEN’s stylized “7” logo. Elevated work jackets, convertible bombers, work trousers and flight pants channel a rugged motif, while cable-knit sweaters and delicate mohair cardigans uphold the comfortable aesthetic put forth by the fleece items. The combination of these disparate styles, abetted by slim patterned suiting, distressed jeans, slouchy beanies and Yasuhiro’s warped sneakers yield a unified grunge look, with enough altered proportions and graphic accents to update the style.
Expect the new offerings to hit STUDIO SEVEN’s Japanese site and flagship store later this year and view the brand’s Fall/Winter 2019 Maison Mihara Yasuhiro sneaker partnership below.
