Adam Lister Releases MJ Print Series
Paying homage to Michael Jordan’s legacy.
As the masses tune in to Michael Jordan‘s new Netflix documentary The Last Dance, fans and spectators alike have been inspired by the athlete’s dominating basketball legacy. Adam Lister is among the artists that have created works to pay homage “to the GOAT,” recently releasing three limited-edition prints to honor the NBA legend.
Lister’s set includes three new images that measure eight inches by 10 inches in size and are created using his signature geometric aesthetic. Made out of 300 gsm hot press paper with a matte finish, the pieces portray some of the most iconic imagery that has become synonymous with Jordan’s brand over the years.
Like the title suggests, MJ DUNK sees the former Chicago Bulls star soaring through the air as he prepares to slam the ball down in the hoop. MJ SHOT features a front-facing portrait of the basketball player as he prepares to shoot, while MJ AIR 1 spotlights the athlete’s famous Air Jordan 1 sneaker.
Each print is limited to 50 editions and is signed, dated, and numbered by the artist. The works are priced at $100 USD each and available to shop now at Adam Lister Gallery.
