Tay Keith Connects With Murda Beatz and Fast Cash Boyz for "Bad Habits"
The first single from the group’s upcoming full-length.
GRAMMY Nominated producer Tay Keith has teamed up with fellow Memphis artists Fash Cash Boyz and another super producer in Murda Beatz to drop “Bad Habits,” the first single off of the group’s upcoming Fuck The Cash Up project due out in May.
True to its name, the single focuses on the addicting nature of bad habits, whether it be drug related, chasing fame and all the other trappings that comes along with one’s rising status in the hip-hop industry. The project also showcases Keith’s penchant for tapping back into his hometown to produce local talent and bring new voices to the mainstream. The Fast Cash Boyz have amassed a cult following in recent years, hailing from the Raleigh area of North Memphis. Members C-Money, TP Stackz, Money, and C Jizzle made some waves with their 2018 effort Trappin out the Booth 2 followed by last year’s FCB Too Bangin. If Tay Keith’s work with fellow Memphis rapper BlocBoy JB and his rise to prominence on Travis Scott‘s “Sicko Mode” are any indication, the producer will craft an original and fitting sound for the group.
Stay tuned for the official music video coming soon. In more music news, BlocBoy JB dropped a rich visual for his latest “Out West” freestyle.
