Martine Rose Renders Trippy Cartoons Over Fleece Garments
Colored in vibrant pastels.
Martine Rose is back with a brand new set of pieces from its eclectic seasonal lineup. Just after unveiling its Spring/Summer 2020 capsule with Farah yesterday, the label has dropped a supple fleece-tinged pullover and a pair of pants, colorfully etched with retro-inspired cartoon motifs.
Glossed with bold color-blocks, both the sweater and pants are made with supple polar fleece fabrics. The pullover comes with a semi-boxy fit, cut with a short funnel neck collar, dropped shoulders and an adjustable hemline. Rendered in bright palettes are a set of vintage cartoon graphics imagined as trippy depictions of things like a train, a car, a clown, a little girl and a dog. As a finishing note, the piece sees a rubber patch logo at the lower left side of the waist. The matching pants are constructed slim, embellished with the same motifs as the aforementioned piece.
The Martine Rose Cartoon Fleece Pullover and Pants are currently available at H. LORENZO’s website for $425 USD and $369 USD, respectively.
