Burberry Gives the Chelsea Boot a Technical Spin
Inspired by galoshes.
Burberry has once again stepped out of its comfort zone of traditional attire with the introduction of a technical overshoe Chelsea boot. The boot meshes both the world of traditional craftsmanship with details found in techwear. Inspired by galoshes, the made-in-Italy Chelsea boot features a top half that most would be familiar with, but the lower half sees a bold, chunky overshoe in burgundy and yellow.
The round toe overshoe also sees textured layers, brand debossing at the heel and toe, and an aggressive tread pattern that’s inspired by the iconic Nova check. These water-ready Chelse boots can be found now over at MATCHESFASHION for a price of $890 USD.
