STAMPD SS20 Explores Brand Identity Through "Surf, Sand and Sail"

Los Angeles-based brand STAMPD has unveiled its “Surf, Sand and Sail” collection for the Spring/Summer 2020 season. The collection explores the codes of the brand and the identity Chris Stamp has created since his first collection. Fluid lines, a mix of different silhouettes and an unusual blend of colors inform the range of apparel. Based on three past times, the collection tells the back story of where the STAMPD aesthetic stems from.

The collection’s muted beige, black and white color palette is updated with bright blue accents and ocean-inspired prints. A selection of T-shirts and hoodies sport graphics related to sailing, while an all-over wave print informs vests, jackets and pants. Elsewhere, a reversible Cardiff jacket sports brown sherpa on one side and a screen printed graphic of a landscape on the other, and a split puffer hoodie comes with matching track pants. Other highlights include lace up jackets, multi-pocket zippered trousers, a snakeskin print two-piece set and paneled quarter zips.

Elsewhere, New York graffiti legend RAMMELLZEE joined Supreme for part of its Spring/Summer 2020 collection.
