Play the First Demo of 'Final Fantasy VII Remake' Now
Play the entire first chapter.

Although it was originally meant to release tomorrow, Square Enix has shared a demo for its highly-anticipated remake of Final Fantasy VII. Available for download on PlayStation 4 now is the first chapter of Final Fantasy Remake VII. It will begin during the opening of the title with Cloud jumping off the train to the game’s first boss battle against the Scorpion Sentinel at the end of the MaKo Reactor 1 bombing mission.
Anyone who downloads the demo before May 11 will also receive an exclusive PlayStation 4 theme as well. We’d already played the game’s previous build where we got to play against said boss, and we had a favorable response. The title has since become one of our most anticipated titles of 2020.
Download the demo now, and purchase Final Fantasy Remake VII when it arrived April 11.
In other gaming news, Rockstar Games may be teasing a new game.
We’ve just released the free #FinalFantasy VII Remake demo on PlayStation Store.
