Fivio Foreign Reinterprets Bonnie and Clyde in Visual for "Wetty"
The latest drill anthem from the fast-rising Brooklynite.
Returning from the Lil Baby and Quavo-featuring remix of his 2019 drill anthem “Big Drip,” rising Brooklyn rapper Fivio Foreign has now returned with a brand new single titled “Wetty,” sharing a cinematic Bonnie and Clyde-inspired visual for the track.
Produced by UK drill beatsmith AXL Beats, “Wetty” is the lead single from Foreign’s major-label debut, B.I.B.L.E., which is set to release later this year. On the track, Fivio continues to offload his rolling Rs and street-centric rhymes, detailing everything from his wordplay to his opps, getting women and luxury whips, and more. The visual for the track reflects a modern interpretation of the infamous Bonnie and Clyde tale and was filmed at a local bodega in Brooklyn.
Speaking on the track and visual, Fetty shared that he’s “ushering in a new wave.” He continued, “I know for a fact that I’m here to do something bigger than me. I want everyone to start knowing my face like how they know my music.”
