John Krasinski Launches YouTube Channel Focusing on Good News
His first guest is ‘The Office’ co-star Steve Carrell.
In the midst of a tragic coronavirus pandemic affecting everyone globally, American actor John Krasinski has stepped up to bring some good news back into our lives via his new YouTube show, Some Good News (SGN).
Throughout the show’s first segment, Krasinski shared various stories from all over the world that his fans and Twitter followers sent in, this time mainly focusing on the medical and healthcare staff working day in and day out, risking their own lives to keep others safe. There were also heartwarming videos of families and couples showing their love for each other during this rough period.
Moving onto the 15th anniversary for the enormously popular show The Office, Krasinski invited his former co-star Steve Carrell to join him as a guest, discussing some of their favorite scenes and memories from the eight years they’ve worked together. Finally, the actor speaks to his “new and biggest hero” Coco, a young girl who just completed her final session of chemotherapy and was greeted on her drive home by her cheering community.
