Salehe Bembury Teases New Versace Trigreca Silhouette
Ahead of the brand’s upcoming FW20 runway.

Ahead of Versace‘s FW20 runway, brand VP of sneakers & men’s footwear Salehe Bembury has teased a new silhouette dubbed the Trigreca. With its intricate detailing and bold colorblocking the shoe is unmistakably a Bembury design, but it discards the ultra-thick look of his Chain Reaction in favor of one that’s slightly more sport-geared.
In a photo posted to his personal Instagram, Bembury revealed several colorways of the new silhouette, ranging from a vibrant neon green/blue to a muted black and an earthy blue/green. It’s an unquestionable testament to the versatile silhouette that its wide swath of color schemes are simultaneously disparate and inclusive.
Each pair offers a an athletically geared upper with a four-pronged midfoot overlay that sits atop a smaller midfoot cage and a synthetic base layer. Marbled and spiraled patterns alike coat various pieces of the intricate construction. A smattering of Versace branding is spread across the upper and a signature Greek key print runs down the toebox. This recognizable motif is also present in bold fashion on the midsole, where its cut-out design adds further Versace style. Outsoles add more texture and even sneak in a visible plastic Medusa head on the heel.
A release date for the Versace Trigreca has yet to be announced, but it’ll likely premier as part of the brand’s impending FW20 runway and hit retailers this fall.
