Reebok Answer V & Question Salute Allen Iverson's High School and College Teams
Colorways inspired by Bethel High School and Georgetown University.

Before Allen Iverson was the #1 overall pick of the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1996 NBA Draft and league MVP in 2001, he earned his stripes at Bethel High School and Georgetown University. Reebok is acknowledging these two stops on the legend’s journey with thematic takes on the Answer V and Question Mid. A fitting tribute to the programs that melded AI into one of the most electric stars of the ’00s, each boasts recognizable color schemes and signature details.
While at Bethel, Iverson set the Virginia state scoring record — since smashed by viral sensation Mac McClung — and was also an All-State football player, securing championships in both sports. After graduating, Iverson spent two years running with the Georgetown Hoyas, eventually named Big East Rookie of the Year while leading the team to the Sweet 16 as a freshman and garnering First Team All-American honors while advancing to the Elite 8 as a sophomore.
The Answer V draws from Bethel’s black, green and gold color scheme, using a stark black suede for the base and equipping it with colorful accents. Forest green is present on the signature lace cover, midsole and collar trim, while gold is sprinkled on the heel, jeweled I3 badge, tongue liner, top eyestay and outsole.
Meanwhile, Iverson’s Question Mid is clearly indebted to the Hoyas’ team colors. Navy leathers both tumbled and smooth cover the majority of the upper, with soft grey suede on the toebox. Logos are dispersed around the midfoot and heel, while translucent plastic lace loops spell out “Reebok” on the lateral side and add vector graphics on the medial side. Below all this, a white midsole and grey outsole boast large DMX cushioning pods.
Perfect for any long-term AI fans or lovers of retro basketball shoes, both the Answer V “Bethel” ($140 USD) and Question Mid ($150 USD) will release via the Reebok webstore on February 28.
Reebok also teamed with END. recently for a shimmering DMX Trail Shadow “Mercury.”
