KOTA The Friend has dropped an accompanying music video for “VOLVO,” his third release this 2020 following January’s single “Thieves” and the 10-track project Lyrics to Go, Vol. 1.
The Brooklyn-based emcee’s latest self-directed visual boasts of nothing but good vibes, staying in line with the relaxed tone of the single’s guitar-based structure, his laidback flow and reflections of a blessed life. KOTA can be seen surrounded by friends and, despite not really doing anything else other than talking, enjoying their company on a nice day. Snippets of three smiling women dancing and enjoying the tune are weaved throughout the video, ending with a single shot of the trio.
