POWERS SUPPLY's FW20 Lookbook Plays on Iconic Logos
From Internet Explorer-inspired motifs to prints of vintage movie covers.
POWERS SUPPLY has just unveiled its Fall/Winter 2020 lookbook. Following its Tokyo-set FW19 visuals from last year, this season’s imagery plays with a number of iconic logos, collaging images of POWERS’ latest goods over various print ads.
The collection spans vibrant T-shirts, coach jackets, sweaters, long-sleeves, tote bags, hats and beanies, to mention a few. Each piece features bold graphics and logos, sporting a variety of bright colors and motifs. One noteworthy piece is a crewneck sweater emblazoned with a small square print of the cover of the 1996 movie Independence Day. The motif is placed at the center of the upper chest, popping out from the garment’s dark green fabric. Another highlight is a white logo tee that swaps the “e” in “Powers” for Internet Explorer’s old “e” logo. Other pieces like an embroidered hat, a yellow beanie, a black coach jacket and a large tote bag featuring graphics of bent screws round off the concise assemblage.
POWERS SUPPLY’s Fall/Winter 2020 collection is currently available on the label’s website, ranging from $50 – $120 USD.
