'Need for Speed Hot Pursuit' Is Returning Remastered and Better Than Ever
Play as good cop or bad racer on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and the Nintendo Switch very soon.
EA is gearing up for a big release, as very soon the beloved Need for Speed Hot Pursuit will be remastered and landing on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and later on the Nintendo Switch.
Coming almost 10 years after it was first released under the development of Need for Speed‘s glory era at Criterion Games, the remastered version will once more give players a chance to drive a vast range of supercars, and police cars, around Seacrest County at max speed.
Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered now supports 4K gaming, meaning your PC, PS4 Pro and Xbox One X will be able to deliver you an incredibly immersive visual experience. Additionally, the updated game will run in 1080p at 30 frames per second on Switch when it is docked.
And it’s not just a simple remake of the game — EA has even added more to it, too. For example, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered will feature everything from the roadblocks and radar jamming elements we all loved and played, but will also include new achievements, car colors and wraps, as well as a DLC that offers original challenges and packs including the SCPD Rebel Racer Pack, Super Sports Pack, Armed & Dangerous Pack, Lamborghini Untamed Pack, and Porsche Unleashed Pack.
Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered will be launching on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on November 6, and will launch a week later on November 13 for the Nintendo Switch.
In other news, Fall Guys season two is arriving this week.
