PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake Get Claymation Makeover in New "Loyal" Music Video
Artist William Child and the Canadian government enlist PARTY to save the city.
PARTYNEXTDOOR confirmed that his next full-length project, rumored to be titled Club Atlantis, will release January 2020 all the way back in November. Now the Toronto singer, songwriter and producer returns with the official video for his Drake-featuring “Loyal” single. The track marked the end to a near-two year solo hiatus for the musician.
The eye-catching and surreal claymation offering finds PARTYNEXTDOOR recruited by the Canadian government to rid his native Toronto of gigantic Amazonian women. Aided by a grizzled war veteran, PARTY quickly deescalates a year-long international military conflict into a dance party, all with the help of his latest single. Director and artist William Child handled claymation duties for the project. If the style looks familiar, it’s because this video comes after he collaborated with KEY! and Kenny Beats for “Dig It”, 03 Greedo’s Netflix & Deal album cover and subsequent “Disco Shit” music video.
