After dropping its Air Barrage Mid last June for the first time in twenty years, Nike has returned to deliver the silhouette in a sleek low-top version as it continues to revive the ’90s-bred shoe. While the brand opted for a purple and red-imbued “Raptors” colorway for the initial release, it’s latest edition pares back the mix of bright tones to make way for stark black paneling that’s popped with select pink and gold details.

The sneakers are coated in black along the upper, midsole and outsole, while its signature oversized “AIR” emblem on the sides has been featured in gold for contrast. Metallic and yellowish elements continue to jazz up the shoe’s underlays and check logo on the sole, while vibrant “Pink Blast” touches take the spotlight on the side Swooshes and tongue. It’s finished off with a special Super Bowl hangtag to pay homage to the impending big game and nod to its underlying football inspiration.

Nike’s Air Barrage Low “Black/Infinite Gold/Pink Blast” is priced at $131 USD and available to order now from Luisaviaroma’s webstore and Nike’s website.

Elsewhere for Nike, its Blazer Mid ‘77 Vintage sneaker recently received a bold snakeskin makeover.
