Dr. Martens has teamed up with legendary NYC music landmark CBGB to work on two pairs of the iconic 1460 boot. Each model has been injected with the same punk aesthetic that fueled the iconic spot, which played home to greats such as The Ramones, Blondie, and the Talking Heads.

The first boot features a vibrant, jewel-like skull pattern — a motif that’s become synonymous with the punk movement — and sees CBGB & OMFUG logos stamped in contrasting white on the toe vamp. The second option is a black boot with contrasting white stitching running throughout, white embossed CBGB & OMFUG logos on the vamp, and finally white branding marked on the laces. Both boots are then finished off with a one-off dual-branded sock liner, bespoke packaging, a welted DMS sole, and an AirWair heel loop.

The Dr. Martens x CBGB 1460 boots are available now at select Dr. Martens stores and Dr. Martens’ online store for a retail price of $160 USD.

CBGB closed its doors 13 years ago, however its legacy lives on.
