Tyler, The Creator Announces London Pop-up
“Grab a magazine/see a shoe.”
With Tyler, The Creator in the middle of this three-night run at London’s Brixton Academy, the rapper has announced a pop-up location in collaboration with Converse. Tweeting the news, Tyler invited fans to “grab a magazine/see a shoe” at the temporary location.
The magazine in question is The Face, which relaunched earlier this month with Tyler covering one of the four issues. The publication also announced recently that it was hosting a space in Brixton alongside Converse.
Tyler also recently revealed the latest GOLF le FLEUR* x Converse Chuck 70 sneaker, with a “Flames” print inspired by graphics from his Cherry Bomb album. He hasn’t yet clarified if the sneaker, which doesn’t have a general release until October 12, is the shoe at the pop-up.
