After working with Wilson on a tennis-themed capsule, Saint Laurent has continued its unexpected collaborations with a new Google release. Collaborating with Google’s Jacquard project, which looks to fuse technology and clothing, Saint Laurent has unveiled the Cit-e Backpack which features a number of technological features alongside its sleek all-black design.

Jacquard and Saint Laurent have integrated a number of intelligent yarns into the backpack’s fabric, which creates an interactive touch area allowing for gestures. Elsewhere, the bag features a Jacquard Tag which connects the interactive panel to a mobile phone, allowing the Cit-e Backpack to control music, drop location pins and take pictures with just a gesture. These functionalities are optimized for both iOS and Android.

Take a look at the Saint Laurent x Jacquard by Google Cit-e Backpack in the gallery above, the bag is available exclusively from the Saint Laurent Rive Droite web store for $995 USD.
