SEASE's Solar-Powered Backpack Lets You Charge Your Devices on the Go
Constructed with the label’s sustainable Sunrise fabric.

Activewear label SEASE has dropped a new technical backpack that lets you charge your devices on the go via solar panels. Founded by Franco and Giacomo Loro Piana last year, the brand’s design ethos takes aim at contemporary garments suited for both urban and outdoor environments. Reflecting this, its brand name SEASE was formed by combining the words “SEA” and “EASE.”
Colored in a rich earth-toned brown palette, much of the bag is constructed from the label’s sustainable Sunrise fabric, a hi-tech canvas material for humid tropical climates originally for the British Army. The top of the backpack is stamped with “SEASE” branding and taped zippers that open up to a charging port and two large slip pockets. Below it is SEASE’s logo, followed by glossy black solar panels that stretch all the way to the bottom. Other details like delicate wool fabrics at the foldover top, safety belt buckles and a sturdy handlebar round up the highly technical design.
The SEASE Mission Solar-Powered Technical Canvas Backpack is currently available at matchesfashion.com for $589 USD.
Elsewhere, TAG Heuer’s Emerald Green Dials has joined the Aquaracer collection.
