Schott NYC & Dr. Martens Craft Perfecto-Detailed Boots
Boot meets biker jacket.

Dr. Martens joins Schott NYC for a leather jacket-inspired take on the classic 1460 and 1490 boot. Combining the English footwear brand’s iconic styling with Schott NYC’s classic American perfecto jacket, the result is a silhouette that upholds Schott’s biker- and punk-approved aesthetics.
The 1460 Schott NYC and 1490 Schott NYC boots both take cues from the American brand’s signature leather layering piece, transforming the English company’s versatile footwear with aggro metal detailing. Each pair sports Dr. Martens’ trademark semi-transparent slip-resistant sole, black-and-yellow heel tab and yellow welt stitching, with black leather uppers that serve as an ideal base for Schott’s bespoke additions. The 8 and 10-eye boots carry the Schott DNA via gunmetal star embellishments, silver fasteners, and metal zipper pulls, making the boots easier to pull on and off. Driving the motorcycle inspiration home, the tall 1490 sports a black leather strap that holds the later side zipper tight.
Those interested can look to find the collaborative collection on October 4 over at drmartens.com and schottnyc.com, with the 1460 weighing in at $185 USD and the 1490 retailing for $195 USD. Learn more about the classic Schott perfecto below.
