Albino & Preto & Kuumba Team up for "Defenders of the Guard" Capsule
Exploring the Japanese concept of “MA” (間).
Hot off its jiu-jitsu gi collaboration with Hawaii’s In4mation, Albino & Preto returns with an assortment of lifestyle goods with Tokyo’s Kuumba International.
Channeling the Japanese concept of “MA” (間) — an experiential place of growth understood by intervals of time and space — this capsule collection, named “Defenders of the Guard,” takes a less-is-more approach in delivering a selection of incense, trays and a kimono top. For this batch of incense, A&P and Kuumba developed the calming “Triangle” fragrance while the incense trays arrive in multiple colors with the slogan “Journey We Stand For” printed next to the A&P logo. The kimono features Shishi lion dog embroidery, co-branding, and satin lining.
