The main idea behind this joint lineup was to create “imaginary” merchandise for the 1970’s novel/film Future Shock. In turn the collection features a range of A.P.C.’s understated wares, such as pull-over hoodies, crewnecks, T-shirts, caps and totes, all emblazoned with Brain Dead’s in-your-face graphics and patterns, along with Future Shock motifs. Also included in the drop are denim caps, totes, and the championed jean jacket featuring contrasting yellow font running across the front of it.
Additionally, the collaborative sneakers that Kyle Ng teased on Instagram a few days prior will also be part of the release.
According to a post shared via A.P.C.’s official IG account, the “INTERACTION #3” collection will release at A.P.C.’s Lake store in Los Angeles on Monday, September 9 between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. PST. This will then be followed by a larger release on Tuesday, September 10 at all A.P.C. stores and retailers such as HBX.
